Have a 96' 240SX with 90,000 miles on it. I'm thinking about to swap the engine. But just curious, how many miles have you put on the engine so far?

    Merry Christmas.............................

95 on my last KA powered car. Redlined every day, and it was perfect.

          250K on my Honda D-series!

well, my point is that Japanese engines can take a lot more than that...

...what are you looking at me for?

77777 on my 95 240. 143K on my FC. Crashdrive, rotaries can do 200k when properly taken care of. And when did you change your av? I liked the orange FC.

dont think your ka wont make it, its a truck engine. i got 185k on my 4age and still works like a charm.

Theres is no need to swap the motor out due to high mileage. Unless youve got 2 things going for you, blown motor or youre just set on swapping it out infavor of another. But if you dont have either of the 2 then keep it. Put your money into something that would benifit in the long run. My 4AGE has 218,xxx on the odometer and it still has full compression and doesnt leak in the rings. Put down 92hp to the wheels on the dyno just for kicks. I only added an HKS intake and worked on everything else.

My 92 S13 has 88K miles on it (142KM). Which is awesome for
me cuz I don't drive much. I bought it about 9 months ago and
have only put about 3K miles on it and about $4700USD in goods
for it. This car's going to get me broke.

Infact I just blew about $920USD today on S13 bushings package,
                          Whiteline F+R anti-sway bars, and B&M shifter.
I should get these parts next week sometimes.
