    Hello!
Newbie seeks info on “drift” car models to choose from.
ok, I have been recently lurking these boards trying to find out which cars are prefferred by “drifters".
Is there a list of good ones somewhere? If not please post your choices. I want to know in order of prefference too. I keep seeing you guys use letters to designate models, which make no sense to me.

My background: I recently got into a bad accident which totaled my previous truck. As i am now forced to get into another vehicle, I figured I would get into one with some potential. hehe. I have a very limited budget.

Excellent. What years did they make the S14 and S13?

      Also what is a silvia?

Silvia is the Japanese name for out 240SX series.

The letters you see us using are the cars' chassis codes. Enthusiasts use them because it's easier to say "S14", instead of "second generation 240SX", or "AE86", instead of saying "1984-1987 Corolla GTS".
