Chris Forsberg is *NOT* driving in the NOPI Series!

I just wanted to clear up a Rumor that is floating around the Internet. Apparently there are some Press Releases claiming that Chris Forsberg is driving an S-15 for a Tuner Shop in the Nopi Series. This rumor is NOT TRUE!

Is it 100% false or has the offer just not come on the table yet? Is he binned in some kind of contract limiting him from only competing in FD and D1? Is he willing to compete in both series if accommodated?

It’s 100% FALSE. Chris had turned down an offer to drive in Nopi yet somehow word got out that Chris was in fact driving an S15 for a Tuner Shop. Sponsors called Chris asking why they were never informed that Chris was driving in Nopi. As you can see a lot of people got upset and I wanted to clear it up.

It seems that a lot of Sponsors and Team owners surf this Board so its our best way to get the word out.

like our news team had just said... we were offered a car to compete with in the Nopi series. However due to a personal decision (not binding contracts/agreements) our team decided to make Formula D our top priority and to continue running in their series, all 7 events. And the Champ Car Team Drift events as well. We will also run in any D1 event we can that is not conflicting with our schedule, and considering we have the extra time and money to make the hike out to.
