I think edrift have done a fair job on live updates.

On the last event, Drift Zone update wasn't posted until the end of the event.

            Update: 8/11/07 1:45PM(PST)

It is a beautiful day of about 87degrees here in Sonoma California. Here is a quick run down of yesterdays pracitce runs for you all before we move to today. Hiro went backwards into the wall and crunched the bumper during early practice. No major damage. The video is up and the link can be found here. During the late practice session last night gave the drivers a chance to perfect their lines and slowly increase their speed. Bill Sherman backed into the krail at around 92 mph, and Haraguchi slid into the krail pretty hard. The car looked pretty smacked up, but the entire Falken team stayed late into the night this morning.

As of today, during practice runs, Calvin Wan took the Falken Infinity G35 backwards into the first clipping point wall extremly hard, and most of the rear of the Falken G35 was gone, making the chassis a good foot or two shorter. Tyler McQuarrie kissed the wall with the Hankook Porsche and stated. "After practice we we're talking about going deeper. I don't know if the track is really hot or what, but there wasn't much grop out there. And I kissed the wall with the rear end. Good new is there'sno serious damage." The car was inspected by the JIC team and was back out for the second qualifying run. Taka Aono slid into the k-rail hard, snapped his suspension, the car doesnt look very good, but Taka walked away

This was one of the best drift events I've been to. Everything ran very smoothly and most of the Judging was pretty good. Great job FD and congrats to Chris and JR!
