looks pretty cool except for the rear widebody. they should make it less square. i would love to check out the setup of this car. probably so much custom work !

i think it might be awhile till we do see it in action. i hear it runs. they didnt show us that it did but either way, i heard it was too modified and so they have to redo alot of it to comply with formula d rules. i heard someone say that they'll have start all over. i dunnoe if they can get that done before long beach.

well we have like less than 2 weeks till long beach and on tech day it seemed that i think it was the cross member that was too modified to pass tech and well it looked like everything they made was built off that. so yeah i dunnoe what they can figure out in such limited time. we'll see i guess.

                  Just a rumor...

but from what I hear that it's fine to compete (per passing inspection), however the car is meeting opposition from other competing teams.

I always thought those things would look good sideways, I'm stoked to see that someone made it happen. Can't wait to see it run.

I've heard some excuses from Toyota Engineers through a B Tech at my Dealership. Toyota is focusing on small cars, hybrids, and trucks (with a Diesel, Heavy Duty Tundra on the way very soon) and feels that there isn't enough of a niche to justify a RWD car again. You want it? Let your voices be heard and mail, call, or email Toyota and let them know you want a RWD Toyota (do it every day if you can)!

theres some pretty good talk about a possible rwd toyota compact set to come out in around 3 years. theres a big thread about it on club4ag.
