  • (SATURDAY) FORMULA D LAS VEGAS (July 11-12th)

FORMULA DRIFT Enters Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the 1st Time

With 1,600 acres in the northeast portion of the Las Vegas Valley, the "Diamond in the Desert" has been deemed the most remarkable race complex in the world. Sports Illustrated called it the Racing Capital of the West.

Entering Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the 1st time, Formula DRIFT has expanded the series to include this infamous venue.

Round 4: High Stakes will take place on July 11-12 from 5PM to 1AM. This marks the 2nd Tires.com Triple Crown event, which Rhys Millen is currently leading. Millen has stood on top of the podium in the last 2 events. Can he continue the trend and secure his 2nd Tires.com Triple Crown title? UFC fighter Frank Mir will be making an appearance at the Toyo Tires rig as well, so be sure to get an autograph. Vegas is hometown to Miss Formula DRIFT, Catherine Kluthe and she will be at the event.
The chase for the Castrol SYNTEC Power Cup heats up with defending champion, Tanner Foust taking over the lead over 2-time Formula DRIFT champion Samuel Hubinette and 2007 Tires.com Triple Crown champion, Chris Forsberg. At any given event anyone can win. See who comes out on top on July 11-12!

(in the attempt to get a free ticket)

I'm really looking forward to seeing all the west coast privateers:

                    Suell

                    Russakoff

                    Haru (driftspeed)

                    Alex

                    Quoc

Also want to see peak to formally apologize and get some goodies lmao!!!

then apologize to some of the above drivers for butchering there names...

I want to see orido's cool racing suit

And what this course setup is going to be like... they have a road course there???

Why not just the D1 course....

noooo! the other thread with my looking forward to presentation is gone! dang and i could've just copy and pasted.well i guess it would be weird to do it all over again, not that i wouldn't mind making it again but it just wont have that flair the second time around.

anyways. i really would like to see:
                        -the completed corolla builds.
-how formula d changes the course
-if orido will fail with style or just have some car trouble and not do anything at all
