If you practice the wrong way, you can never be perfect.

ONLY practicing PERFECTLY makes perfect.

I found perfect mental rehearsal helped me a lot over the years. You can do it almost anywhere (while you are taking a dump, day dreaming at your job, having bad sex), it's free, it's safe, and it's probably the only time you can do absolutely everything perfect.
