most people won't openly share their sponsorship proposals, because the information they use to secure those sponsorships can be very very valuable.

I put tons of hard work into this

I was talking with roo on myspace about lexus / autobacs back in May and sent him a link to this proposal I sent over to lexus:




You'll notice similar text in the sponsor philosophy and of course the 3 quotes in the beginning that I hunted down on google quite a while ago. Whatever, it's the price you pay for putting hard work into a project and having to send it around to various people/companies to try to make your drifting career work. It's unfortunate that they had to resort to this though. It's hard enough as a low-budget grassroots guy to make it happen in the pros.

My only real beef is this "copy cat" crap. I wrote it, I put the time into it, don't even joke about me being the one who lifted it. I don't mind helping out other drivers and teams with this stuff, it wouldn't have killed you to ask for some help if you needed it.

if you want to discuss it PM me, I'm sure a debate about this online won't benefit you at all.

blaze--if you want some proposal help let me know, I put mine together from scratch ++ the little helpful tidbits formula d gives us when you first start out there, if you want one that's more grassroots friendly I'd be happy to help, I know it can be rough
