What is your opinion of using an engine torque damper during drifting?

I installed it, and like the feel, just wondering about the saftey of the motor.

Should be fine. I think they help pretty well.

until they spew all the oil and gass on your engine. It is a very clever design the shock need to be a bit better.

Its a little shock that keeps the enigne from moving to much when your on the gas.

so am i going to rip the head off of my motor or some other sort of horrible damage that i cannot currently afford?

or will i just shift better, because it helps that pretty well

Thanks, Chas. I couldn't keep my eyes off my monitor. You know drool can really damage a keyboard.

i got mine for like 85 bucks, you could make one, but for the cost and time it takes you, it would be better just to buy one.

it does its job well, i adjusted it to be a tad bit on the loose side, now the piston moves like 3-4mm.

i guess the question is, are the stock motor mounts enough to balence out the dampening, or do i need to upgrade. if i dont need to, i would rather not. of course i would also more rather not rebuild my motor.
