  • 2jz in an Aristo

Just out of curiosity, how difficult would any of you say it would be to throw a 2jz into an Aristo/GS series?

I wanted to do the swap. It's real easy parts bolt right in. do a search you'll find some sites.

i waneted a vip drift car. but it's too expensive.

Go to www.clublexus.com, there's a few guys on there with 2JZ swaps in their GS'. They should be able to help you out. Just do a search.

www.Venus-auto.com sells Aristo front clips pretty cheap.

I've looked into it. Just gotta make sure you match up the engine to the car. Pre 98 was the non VVTi version, 98 and after was VVTi so make sure to match your engine to the car (aka 98+ GS300/400 will need the VVti engine, the older ones can use the older engines).
