  • Just saying "HI"

Just thought i'd say Hi from perth Australia ! The drifting scene here is a bit smaller here cause of the lack of help from the local shops and buisness . And the fact that racetracks won't let us slide on them ! But other than that the drifting scene is coming along quite well underground !

    I own a 91 Nissan Silvia N/A (sr20de) with the following mods -
    17" advan tri spokes
    Turbo Brakes and Endless pads
    Bomex front bar
    Apex'i side skirts
    Extractors
    shortened air induction
    Apex'I Super Airflow controller
    Apex'I Super Ingnition controller
    Apex'I 2.5" S14 200sx exhaust modified for s13
    TEIN RS*R fully adustable coilovers
    Cusco Rear Upper arms
    Subframe Urathane lock kit
    Viscous LSD
    Nismo short shift kit
    Half Cage roll cage
    three piece harness
    Recaro bucket seat
    momo steering wheel
Racing Gear 3000 pound tripple plate brass button clutch
    Nismo Lightened flywheel
and heaps more but thats the major things !

So whats the drifting scene like over there ?

yeah s13 q's ! all the body kit is matt black cause i havent painted them yet , and all the front panels are gold as a small drift altercation caused some damage ! lol

But yeah , it's an okay ride to learn drift with , only has 150hp at rear but is plenty for me ! i have been drifting for 2 years now .

          Hey you guys in perth.

I go to Curtin university, and I am real interested in learning to drift. I have been searching for other people interested as well... Do you guys have a place to practice?

PM me if you are interested in getting in contact. I am between cars at the moment, but I am looking at setting up an FB for learning in... I know it's not ideal, but it's cheaper than a s13 or 180, and it has good weight distribution and the all important FR layout.

So if anyone is interested, get in contact, and I can bug you for hints / organise meets etc.
