As someone who is adamantly opposed to both the CARB's exempting process and the subsequent need for visual inspections, I have decided to start a petition. The final wording will be drawn up later, but I want to know who's for an anti-visual-inspection petition; you must be of legal voting age or will be of age by November. I am planning on sending the final draft of the petition to both the SEMA Action Network (of which I am a member) and to Governor Schwarzenegger himself.
