Locations of places to drift

Is there anywhere in these states to legally drift: Delaware, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Even Ohio. I'm just looking for somewhere to go have fun and drift and learn not like competitions. Or does anywhere have like an open drift day or something? Thanks

www.dgtrials.com is a sanctioning body for the east coast, mostly in new jersey area but just had an event in western pa (really close to the ohio border) enjoy
