I guess their is a corona,I can't see why they wouldn't be driftable, not ideal though,I doubt their is much support for it.

Something like this:

They are RWD and some models have a 5spd.

now, you have to be just joking around---can a 4-door drift????

NO WAY---the third and fourth doors make the car un-slideable ----this is sarcasm!!!!

Any car can drift!! I've seen one of these at our local driftsessions, but he didnt have LSD and the bodyroll was pretty bad (if its worse then my stock 89 Camaro then its BAD!). But yes its do-able.

Driftingmonkey

any car be it fwd and rwd can drift. Driftings a waste anyway, Might aswell not discriminate against drivetrain venues.

Dude... why the hell are you on this forum?!?! if YOUR going to discriminate drifting then get the *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* OFF! nobody wants a guy who comes in and starts saying things like drifting=rice and then act like you know OOOO so much. just get off this forum if your gonna start saying why drift? we like it. its what WE do. if you dont like it go talk on some gripping forum. but dont come here and then expect to be treated kindly. dumbass

does anyone have any tissue? *sniff* *sniff* you got me in tears. driftings real fun. people need to stop taking it so seriously though.

Ghost of Duluth
12-07-2003, 01:21 AM
Don't really have to take it seriously but maybe take the forum a little more seriously. You and your posts look like a 14 year old who has nothing better to do or someone from another site that feels that it's their duty to come here and ruffle feathers. No need for it. If you don't like it, leave. If you do, stay. Be glad to have you but act a little more mature. Change your name, location and act like an adult if you are one.

You may not agree with everything we say but this is our forum. We like it and like to help out anyone else that does. By you posting crap like that, it drag's the whole site down.

ACDTrueno
12-07-2003, 01:24 AM
Right on ghost....I think its great that your here and posting and all but i mean change the name and try to be a bit more mature with certain things including telling drifters to grip:mad: srry if like i sound really pissed off or anything but seriously man dont come here and start acting like that. ya i dont drive. i dont drift. my friends do. i've done my research but i mean your acting like a young immature kid who doesnt understand that this is a DRIFTING forum not a GRIPPING forum. so just drop it. get out or be more mature about things.

Yes the corona can drift, that is what i use to drift, i use a 1983 toyota CORONA Not corolla (before you coment on things, do a bit of research and dont assume a car does not exist just because it isnt popular or just because you cant get it in a certain country)
i can actually drift in this car even though it is stock as a rock. i can excersize lift of over steer in this car, power has nothing to do with anything, if its rwd it can drift its a simple as that.

good luck with the corona, its a good car to learn in, i have learnt all i know in my corona, i have crashed her a few times but she has tought me all i know. i am now buying an s13 so i can compete with the big boys.

if any of you are keen to see my vid send me a message and ill send you some.

seeya all.

good luck with the corona.

I would steer clear of the corona. Yes, you can drift it but outside of the novelty of having an old school drift car there are far more suitable cars with a wider array of aftermarket support that are light years beyond the corona tech wise. Why spend tons of money trying to find or custom fabs parts? I like the car (my friend has an immaculate bone stock one) and I've looked into a lot of old school cars but when it comes down to it you're best going with something that has better handling out of he box and has more parts/enthusiast support. Just my two cents worth.

go for the corona, those cars are nice. Watching old school cars drift is great. Plus its a great learners car.

Duh! Any car w/ rwd can drift. It matters on if you can drift or not.
