  • What to do about my e brake?

My friend just purschase 1993 240sx coupe. Him and i learn how to drift on his car intel a get my own( i just purchase the rim and tires from the junk yard). But when we try to do a 180 with the e-brake, we can't get to not lock up. Is there a part where the e-brake will go down without having to use the button?

You could either hold the button down until the e-brake goes back down or you could tape the button down so it doesn't stay up and locked.

yeah i see a lot of drifting cars with something like that, never tried a car with it though, but looks like it will work.

when you pull the e-brake do you clutch in? a lot of beginners forget this step, i know i sure did, it took me quite a bit to figure out that without the clutch in nothing happened when i'd yank the e-brake. also for added fun, disable the e-brake on one side of the car, come to a stop, pull the e-brake fully up, shift to first, mash gas =) mmm donuts.
