Possibly FS: '94 MB Touring in SoCal

I'm not in any rush to sell this car, but I am looking to start a new project and get a decent daily beater.

Specs:
-'94 Mazda RX7 Touring
-Montego Blue
-W/ Sunroof
-122,XXX miles, still running strong
-in fair-good condition

Mods
-Apexi Dual Air Intake w/ hard-pipe kit
-Blitz DD BOV
-Blitz NUR-Spec Exhaust
-Tri-point DP
-RS-R Race Springs
-SS Brake Lines
-Speedbleeders
-other cosmetic mods

Asking $12k OBO, or...
-a good condition or project car FC + cash
-decent daily driver (S13, S14, Civic) + cash.

Located in Pacoima, CA. SoCal area only, please. Email if you would like to see in person. Low-ballers will be ignored and ridiculed by me and my Seven Nation Army. Willing to ship if you're willing to pay for shipping.

If you're in the stands warming the bench, don't whine about the guys in the drivers seats.

As far as recall history, they have all been taken care of.

Service history, umm...
-oil has been diligently changed every 2000-2500 miles
-the clutch has been changed once under my ownership, which is about 1 1/2 yrs now
-Trans and diff fluid has been replaced twice since
-Radiator was replaced about a year ago.

I don't know if this is what you're asking for, so if there's something I left out, please let me know.

For a compression test, would you know of a place where I can get it done? This car had good results when I first got it, but that was a long while ago.

Either a Rotary specialist in your area or the (gasp) dealer. Not sure how much I trust the dealer, thats what the gasp is for.
