1991 240SX SUPER HICAS - Blown Engine
Atlanta area-
This car has 183K, a blown engine (KA24DE) -thrown a rod maybe??? and a large dent in the drivers side door and front fender (It wasn't me -shaggy). It ran great until loud tapping sound started then engine stopped. I am unsure whether or not the HICAS ever worked but it had a very small turning circle. I am looking to A. Sell chassis for sizable sum OR B. Buy another KA24DE motor for small sum I will post photos later. The car is located in Braselton, GA currently Color: Grey |

Looking for $750 obo.
I will post pics tomorrow afternoon. I will try and get some good shots of the damage to front left side. If there are any particular photos you are after let me know. I could accelerate through the tapping but when I came off the gas the tapping returned. It seemed like there was an acceleration zone that I could find that would stop the noise. When the engine stopped, it sounded like it was binding up. Tried to turn it over until battery died. Last edited by knackered; 01-01-2005 at 03:28 PM. |

Yes - ABS and seemed to work good
However I am not keen on parting out as I have no where to work on it and keep bits.
