thats what i was thinking. i know of some guys though who have actually had it pass, but i dunno if that was in cali or not. when is it up for smog? i hate my car now, and its going and i am getting a truck or a car just like yours. i will get back at you after thanksgiving, thats when i am going home to take care of my situation.

umm you do a trade ? say for a 1991 integra DA (black) B18c1 bottem block runs PERFECT and ill also give you some motegi traklites rims with it 17" never been out of the box color of rims ( flat black )
