FS: 1989 240sx prepped shell (DC area)

Unfortunatly the person we were building the car for can no longer afford to finish it so we are forced to sell this project car.
It is a 1989 coupe shell.
The good:
1.) Car has no rust anymore on it. We have taken all of the rust off the car and welded up any spot that showed anything more than surface. This car is solid!
2.) The interior of the car has been gutted and repainted. We have removed the rear seats, hardware, carpet and sound deadening material and painted the interior a semi-gloss black. We did leave the sound deadening near the pedals to keep alot of the heat off of the drivers legs. This car is ready and waiting to have a cage put in it.
3.) The exterior of the car has been repainted. Even though it is a rattle can job anyone on here who has seen it can atest that it is by no means a bad one. It is a two tone white and black scheme. The engine bay has also been completly cleaned and repainted.
4.) Modifications and New Parts:
a.) Custom polyurethane motor mounts. These mounts are designed to hold 500+ hp.
b.) Nismo tranny brace
c.) KYB adjustable shocks
d.) Sportline springs
e.) S13 silvia front end conversion (headlights work but are mismatched, needs replaced)
f.) Custom 2.5" header back exhaust
g.) Prepped DOHC KA engine (emissions removed) ready for your KA-T project
h.) SOHC front lip
i.) Brand new brake rotors and pads
j.) Brand new inner and outer tie rods

The bad:
1.) Car is not finished. There are still parts that need to be put back on the car to get it into driveable shape. The car went through a sohc -> dohc swap and just needs to be finished.
2.) Part of body harness is cut. The last owner got a little too frisky in removing pieces and cut the body harness. Not much is missing and can easily be reconnected.

Options:
1.) Buy the car as is. You will be responsible for picking up the car and taking it to wherever you will work on it. Towing is available through a friend of mine but he will charge ($50-$100) within the beltway. You will get everything you need to get the car up and running but will have to do the work yourself.
2.) Buy the car and have it finished by us. We know everything that needs to be done to the car and can get it up to working condition. Unfortunatly we cannot guarantee safety and emissions since the controls have been removed but the car will run up to spec. By doing this you can buy your own aftermarket parts and have us install them.

The base price of the car is $2500 OBO. Labor will be negotiated afterwards if you choose option 2 and will be very affordable.

email me at nealjweese@comcast.net with questions or to arrange a time to see the car.
