and registrable in the US DMV, but not CA. WE are much versed in US custom house clearance, but not roll on-off vessel suchas BNR34 GTR loaded off long beach CA all the way from Japan. You do not have to do conversion from the right to the left. 1992,1993 FD3S turbo is pretty touugh in US custom house clearance, because it will be erquired to submit crush test results like Motorex has authority, then high costed.
