How does a thingy that sticks into the cigarette lighter alter your car's power?

Wink Hot Inazma Pocket

Eco and Pocket both have same theory to work with postive/negative of the battery, accumulating the engery in their electronic circuits, and discharge the energy when the battery falls in short of power. Thus Eco and Pocket stabilize the flow of voltage from the battery, which improve the oprational efficiencies of all electric devices in the car, resulting in the improved fuel combustion, which enhances the power, torque, throttle response, etc., as well as the fuel mileage. The improved fuel combustion really brings various benefits in your car. All positive, nothing bad.
Eco is connected directly with battery, and Pocket is connected with at the end of long wiring to the cigarrete socket. Thus according to the measuring test by Sun Automobile, the effect of Eco is stronger than the one of Pocket, but Pocket has advantage of the portability and the negative ions effect as well.

Sorry to be very long to explain on your question.

wow it reduces emissions too? you should sell your product directly to the big auto manufactures, you could make billions off an idea like this!!! amazing!!! imagine adding a turbonator on top of this, and those little fuel beads you pop in the gas tank!!!

I think somebody did a test and found out that voltage stabilizers can give you a small boost in MPG so they decided to put that fact in full force of marketing them
