1989 white 240sx se hatchback
167k but motor still pulls
5spd, shifts solid
paint is chipping, and has some minor damage to the passenger side
salvage title
new brakes on all 4
recent tune up
car has high idle and bogs sometimes, but i expect to have this fixed soon.. in my attempts to.. ive replaced the fuel filter and sparkplugs...
i would like to get 1200 for it.
good car to learn how to drift on.

ive traced the problem to my cat.. but i have no time to fix it.. ill sell it for the first person with 1000 cash... to clarify.. it runs but you will need a new cat for it to pass smog.

what was the salvage title from?

my friend pulled the carfax for me.. it said something about it being in a junkyard before... said "no serious accident" and "no frame damage" reported... so i thot that was good enough.. i cant say much more than that.. if you want to carfax it yourself pm me and ill give you the vin.

rust? first of all.. if that was rust.. it would be easily replacable, because its on replaceable parts.. (fender, door) BUT.. its just where the paint got scraped off from sliding across a rail.

im not sure what you mean by "hit" i mentioned before that it was... slid the passenger side across a rail while crossing a bridge. its not that bad in my opinion.. but of course you would have to see it in person.

car is still for sale..
but. im just looking for any kind of offer right now.
i really just dont have the time or money to deal with this car right now.

the car now needs a new clutch as well (i think) its too dark right now and i cant check to see if its just a leak in the clutch lines.. but ill get back to this.

how many months tho? thats key.
and researching it a lil bit. im positive that it isnt the clutch itself.. im pretty sure i just need to bleed it, but at the most replacing lines/master cyl./slave cyl. ..one of those.. oy ill figure it out tomorrow i need sleep.

chas maybe we can work out somethin.. if you really want the car.
