SR5 for sale (AE86) hatch

I am selling my brothers AE86 hatchback SR5 model. The car was not a running car when he first got it 2 years ago. But about a month ago, he started to work on the car, and has got it running with just a carb swap. But that wasn't all he did, he put new brakes, brake drums, distributor, plugs, wires, rotor, cap, starter, alternator, battery, battery cables, Celicasupra wheels, used tires with very good tread, oil change with new filter, fuel filter, fuel lines, hatch, and MR2 seats. I know he spent a good deal of cash to get the car up and running so I can build him his 7AGE motor for his 94 Corolla. And just the other day, he was admitted to the Hospital and had to under go emergency sugery that he has no insurance for and has to pay for it out of his own pocket. He is also selling his 94 Corolla that now has the 7AGE conversion in it, but still needs either stock 4AGE computer, or just throw SDS at it and it will run. Please, only Serious people please.
