Ultimate Speed Mania “Chiba-Kun” Shares His Secret

A man who calls himself “Chiba” has sent footages, which he took himself to Video-OPTION. Chiba’s true identity is still unknown, but the videotapes that have been sent in show high-speed races between tuned cars one after the other. And in the newest tape that “Chiba” has sent in, it shows well-known tuners, including the famous RE-Amemiya’s, racing scene on the Tomei Expressway at speeds of well over 300KM/H.

What are the legalities? It's filmed in another country. How does that affect us? It's not necessarily promoting it. It's showing what is going on already IN JAPAN.

i cant wait to get this damn video...video option has been pretty darn boring for a while now...all D1 stuff, dont get me wrong...D1 is the *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*, but theres something about watching touge thats more exciting...

i think option is coming out with remakes of older ones with english subs....... don't quote me on this one i'm just guessing
