1993 Rx-7 For Sale

It is red, with around 60,300 miles on it. It runs great, the only thing 'wrong' with it is the compressor for the A/C is leaking. I was planning to get rid of it anyway since we all know a/c sucks down horsepower. It has p/l, p/w, aftermarket alarm and dolphin deck. Leather seats and was recently painted. Asking $17,000 but I'm willing to negotiate. Thanx

Please put Rx-7 as a Subject on the email please.

um no offense man, but i think your asking price is a tad high for what you explained, think about it, most single turbos that are modified up the wazzoo go for 19k+

Well, you don't know what an FD is do you? It is a third generation twin turbo rotary, the FD only came in twin turbo. The 1993 is the smooth seamless body line.

If it's not about buying the car, please don't post. All I'm trying to do is sell my RX-7, and criticism from unknowlegable people will not help.

Please if it's not contructive criticism about this car, don't post.

Oh, and I did say I would be flexible on the price.....

(and yes, 19,000 is a tad high for an FC, an FD is selling for about 20,000 or higher on autotrader.)

Heh, BlueDragon owns an FD. Think he's pretty knowledgable. I hope you get that for yours, that way i'll have no trouble getting 9k for mine modded with a bad motor. Good luck.

Sprung Monkey, that was constructive yes thank you. I don't want to whine or anything, but I really hate it when people are rude when someone is trying to sell a car.

Anyway, like I said, if anyone is interesed e-mail me, and if anyone wants to see pictures I'll post them soon, but if you want I can email them to you...this car basically sells itself with some pictures but I just haven't had anytime.

If you think 17 is to high, email me anyway with an offer.

Bluedragon, I already posted that I would appreciate anybody not saying anything negative in this thread about the car I'm trying to sell. If you thinks the car is 'a piece of poo' that's fine, that's your opinion. But it's really frustrating to sell this car with you saying negative things about it. There is a lot about his car I didn't explain in the first post, I just wanted to get the word out to see if there was any interest. Again, I'm asking you, if you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say it at all.

and ill say what ever i damn well please i live in america buddy

Dragon, I apologize if I came across as rude or anything, but if you know what an FD is then you know that not many people know what an FD is, and even less of them know what a rotary engine is. If I knew you had an FD I probably wouldn't of replied the way I did. But people who have something to say who know nothing on the subject just bug me. Obviously not in your case if you would of said you had an FD...that would have not bugged me for you to state your opinion on my price.

like I said, it's just frustrating that I'm trying to sell this car as fast as I can, and it's not going well. I never thought I would get 17 for my FD, max, i thought i might get 14 or 15.

On another note, say what you want, yes this is America, but I ASKED you not to be rude in the post I created so I could sell my car. There is such a thing called respect.

If you would like more info on the car, pictures, anything, please feel free to post or email me. If not, I would like if you would refrain from random flaming posts.

Fuji, check out http://photohost.org for free image hosting with no transfer limit (there is a total size cap on how many images you have, but they can be viewed limitlessly). Your FD looks very clean, has the motor been rebuilt at all? Could you please list the modifications you have completed? You don't have to dumb it down for me, I'm a rotary guy.

He said he wanted 17g's for it... *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*, I want my FC to go for that much, but he also said he didn't really expect that. An ultra-clean FD with a very recent rebuild could go for close to that, even in stock condition. I'm just curious, personally.

Yeah, it's pretty much stock. The only thing that isn't is the deck, the alarm and the silicone hoses. It has 60,500 (I originally said 60,000 but that's because that's what I thought it had.....since I hadn't driven it in a while) All of the miles are on the original engine, and I believe it's only had three owners total, me being the third owner. Please, please make me an offer if you think 17,000 is too high, I am open to most offers.

Case, thank you for the photohost.org webiste, I'll do that. I've only had this car for a month and had a lot of plans for it, but things didn't go as planned, so yes, it is very very much stock.

The interior is very clean, some wear on the seats but other than that it is immaculate. The previous owner told me that the previous owner before him had the paint done. I don't have the papers for the paint, but it does look amazingly nice. It has chip guard, and I also replaced the lightbubls with silvania ones so you blind people when you're driving at night...heehee

If you have anymore questions, or if you near enough to come and drive it, email me.

This is my bf's account, he let me use it to sell my car, but for future reference, I'm not a guy...
