for sale/trade 1986 corolla hatch with 20v blacktop new paint!

Trade for a s13/s14 + cash (unless u got a swap or something) or maybe another car. Please dont ask to trade for a truck, or something like an altima, unless its got a FWD SR20DET swap or something

Up for sale is my 1986 Corolla. I really don't want to sell this, but I need the money. It started out as an SR5, but then was completely GTS converted, this is when I bought it. After I purchased the car, I pulled out the bluetop 16v swap and dropped in a 20V blacktop swap. The car drives perfect. I drive it everyday. About a 3 months ago I drove from here to Homestead to watch the Drift Showoff, 300 miles each way, no problem. Car gets about 29mpg on the interstate and about 24 around town. The car doesn't get beat on around town, but is a function built car. With that in mind, it does not have AC or power steering. The ports and what not are there if you wanted to add it, but I didn't want to. The car has 125,000 miles on it and the motor has 44,000 miles on it. You wouldn't believe the throttle response this car has.

Suspension:
Tokico blues, Cusco race springs

Interior:
Has a 11000RPM 5" tach, volt meter and engine temp guages inside as well as a JDM sprinter wheel. no back seats, red interior, dash has 1 crack, full size spare and jack. Alpine CD player and Sony 2 ways up front.

4 14x7 reverse mesh wheels, 2 of which have falken azenis on them, JUST hand polished the lips.
2 14x7 Advan a3as with tires, super rare
new clutch master
new slave cylinder
new stainless steel clutch line
new rear brake rotors and pads
new street exedy clutch kit
new sunroof seal
GTS rear end with factory LSD, diff fluid changed 3 weeks ago.

1995 20v blacktop
154.9hp at 7500rpm
117.6tq at 6450rpm
14.7 @ 93MPH with 2.1 60ft

Typical 20v swaps make about 140hp and 114tq, this makes more HP at the wheels then any other stock 20v I've ever seen, and using the stock GTS exhaust manifold. If you put a cheap header on this, it would make more power and increase the power band. Rev limter is set at 8300RPM now. Get a cheap header for it and set it up to 9000.

What it includes:
A fully tuned megasquirt standalone management. Tune and datalog from your laptop right in the car, cable included. Car has already been fully tuned on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor.

EDIS ford/mazda ignition setup. Hybrid spark plug wires to miata coils. The reason the miata coils were used is strictly because it looks SOO trick mounted next to the valve cover there. With the EDIS ignition, you have the ability to change any ignition mapping you want thru the megasquirt and with coilpacks, you get a better spark then you do with a distributor, and you won't have to cut a hole in your firewall for that distributor to fit, because there isn't one!

Custom made velocity stacks help to add that extra power

PERFECT T50 tranny. This tranny upshifts and downshifts perfectly, not a single scrape, except when going into reverse sometimes.

Side exit cooling system. No smashing up your firewall and running ugly coolant lines accross the front of your motor. This coolant setup uses the 16v waterpump and modified water jackets to make it work. The cars operating temp is a cool 165-171F. most side exit cooling kits go for over $500 alone!

Slim line fan.

Has a sunroof that works perfect with a brand new sunroof seal from toyota

Vehicle Condition

MINT! The body is in awesome shape, it was just painted Integra type R championship white 4 days ago. if you do not want the advan a3as, minus $150 from the price below. The interior is like a 7/10. Has 1 dash crack. the rest is pretty good shape, the door pannels are good, except for the part you grab to close your door. if you fix that and spray/rap the pannels, they would be great. seats have no rips, no rear seats. Needs a drivers side door lock, or you can get solex locks for sale on here for like $50 for the set. right plastic side piece of the bumper as the ower clip that connects to the lower piece snapped, u can fiberglass a new hole and it would be fine. thats it, all in all you could fix all these parts yourself for less then $150 and have a perfect car.

located in tampa FL but will deliever/ship, email me, hondasociety@hotmail.com to inquire

$5300 OBO

Ill have more pics up probably thursday.
Engine bay looks dirty in those pics, but has been cleaned.
Stickers were just on for the event this last weekend, they are already off.
