Ok, heres the research you should have done before deciding you wanted a corolla.
the ae86 levin never made it to our shores, in order to find one, you'll need to find someone who did a front end conversion, or you'll need to do it yourself. Hachi does not mean hatch-back. I dont know why people insist on refering to hatchbacks as hachi's - if you dont know japanese, dont use it. Coupe's although less popular are lighter and stiffer. A panda colored ae86 hatchback is the most sought after corolla. GTS's go for anywere between 1000-4000 (and even upwards of that for great examples) dollars depending on the state that they are in, panda gts's will probobly come with a nifty little mark up due to their popularity. Remember kids, its just a cartoon. Oh, and www.club4ag.com is a wonderful resource for exactly this sort of thing Last edited by requiredoption; 10-07-2004 at 12:30 AM. |
