but...it does not run or turn over?
Not an offer just wondering if thats a reasonable price

why doesnt it run or not turn over ? was it not wired up correctly ? i dont think i would but maybe since the sr20 is already in their and it could be an easy fix but find out mroe info

No, thats too much... if it isn't running.... about $900 to $1000 at the most would be reasonable. See if you can negotiate.

have fun with that. the engin will cost some nice bananna's for the shell. but good site though. i also think you need to legalize the shell if it is imported into the usa.
