Just closed for the winter. Starts again this month. Check out Dgtrials.com for details. Hope to see you there.

There is no more drifting at englishtown being held by the dgtrials people. I contacted them and they said that they are going to be having events at lime rock and atco.

it must be held by someone besides the people dgtrials cuz they told me that their was no more drifting there. Whose holding the event and is the price really high. The events at dgtrials are like a 100 bucks now! Ill be there if its resonably priced.

i have an idea, go to www.clubloose.com, and yes its more reasonably priced than DGtrials, because its run by guys who want to make drifting accesible, instead of turning a profit

I hope it's a low fee. I'm anxious to try out my first event. Are there any other places that are gonna hold practice events? Maybe Wall speedway? I don't have the balls to learn on the local "touge"

They are going to bring the fun back to drift.

It's run by the dude on the far left, Matt Petty of the "Save Matt Petty"...and this guy named Ryan who does everything random.

you should try going, and not telling anyone, and if you get caught, look really really sad, it just might work

I tried to go to all the Englishtown events from August 2004 and on, I never missed one! Lots of colorful cool characters and people there. Some guy always had Dio on and old metal from the 80's. Now that "club loose" is gonna be there, Its prob going to get bigger so thats great!

PS-Hahah, Tony got a Motorhead shirt on, good stuff.

PS.S- Rain makes the car more drift happy, so wouldnt you think they would still hold it?

i went to the event but didnt drift bacause of the price. 75 bucks is a lot. Ill be there on weds though since its only 45. Looked like there was some good drfting going on. someone in a red 240 was killing it. I liked the red 260z or whatver it was too.

$75 for an all-day event is a deal, you're going to pay $45 for a half day. It works out to be almost the same price if not more for a half day.

75 bucks is a good price.....on the West Coast they're payin at least 100 bucks for their events.......people on this coast are only bitching b/c we've never had to pay that much before......but if you think about it it is a sweet deal for the amount of time you get to drift for

Late,
Daniel

I just remember last year when dgtrials charged like half of that and it was an all day event. This year dgtrials are 120 bucks. 75 bucks is deal compared to that but a little high when you compare it to autox prices. Why are autox events so much cheaper. Im going to just hit up the scca for 30 bucks all day and see if they get pissed when i slide. If so i guess ill just have to shell out the cash.
