Making a T3/T4 Turbo??

Is a T3/T4 turbo simply mating the exhaust side of a T3 with the Compressor side of a T4?? I have one of each and I see rebuild kits on EBAY for T3/4 s so I thought I'd give it a shot at making one.

well, if the turbos are made by the same company (or are the same type) it should work, but its better to have it ballanced after its assembled or it wont last long
