Miata Update: I finally got rid of the highly restrictive stock muffler. I had a generic straight-through muffler put in with about two feet of custom piping to connect it to the stock piping coming from the cat. (it would have been 100 bucks more to go cat-back and theres only about a foot and a half of stock piping left now from the cat-back)

i dont think i gained much horsepower to speak of but the straight-through muffler did definitely help to "uncork" the motor at higher rpms. with the turbo set at 6psi, the car used to feel like it was going to blow up at higher rpms because of the huge amount of back pressure. now, the car pulls much more freely to redline.

So, as of now:
1990 Miata
GReddy turbo kit (6psi)
Vortech FMU
TurboXS crappy BOV
Flyin' Miata springs
Autopower rollbar
16x7's
custom exhaust! (a foot and a half back from the cat-back

)

As you know, our meets end up with something stupid happening, i just want to hang out and have some fun. We dont have to go drifting, its probably better that we not. Maybe we could just do a coffee meet / car show. I dont know, i dont like taking big groups driving, and i dont like small groups at meets.

chas and who cares if not that many people i mean 20+is good you said it your self it ends up someone doin somethin stupid because there a grip load of people that show up as long as your chill-axin and others are to its all good.

Its a huge parking lot and its @ the beach.

Just buy your coffee to the nearest starbucks and head over there and just hang out. A lot of space.
