Laughlin Drift event was fun, thank you everyone

Thanks guys, I hate to admit this but I had fun! Personally I think drifting is silly, anyone that knows me knows I am a rally guy , in rally we drift for sometimes over 100 miles but this drifting stuff is fun, We converted our STI Subaru rally car to rear drive(this is the same car we drifted at the Pro Am last year in full rally 4 wheel drive trim and I won the California rally champianship in
Drifting in front of lots of spectators made it lots of fun and the fellow drifters were a really cool bunch we will see you all on the track soon
I will be working with Roger Allison (Laughlin Track Owner) to repave ,modify the track and make it a way better facility, then help put on lots of events there so stay tuned
thanks again to the workers who shent hours cleaning the track, chasing cones and judging the event, without your help we could not compete so big THANKS
Leon Styles
ps plus free hotels and free entry made the event extra fun

uh....

why is this the first i've heard of the event? Had i known about it, I probably would have come out to check it out.

If you are going to have events in the future, you should probably try and promote them 2-3 weeks in advance. Make up a quick flier, post it on some forums, etc...
