Best of Vegas @ The North American Festival of Speed 11/5/11 Inside Road Course!

To conclude the VegasDrift 2011 season, Vd has teamed up with "The North American Festival of Speed!!!" The Vd portion of the festival has been moved from the Bullring Lot to the Infield Road Course!!!!! VegasDrift's practice and mini-comp will still run from 9-5pm on Nov 5th and the cost is the same ($120.00). There will be media coverage and this is the weekend right after SEMA!!

The main portion of the mini-competition will be single runs. Tandems and trains are welcome with cages that pass tech. Racing suits are not required, but all drivers must have Sa or Ma 2000 or above helmet. No shorts or open toed shoes. We want this to be a community event with less emphasis on competing. So if you just want to get seat time on the Infield Road Course and not compete, this is your chance! Race Operations hasn't decided on the configuration of the course yet. The layout is coming soon. Don't Sleep!!

The inaugural North American Festival of Speed is taking place the weekend of November 4th – 6th at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The event will feature a wide variety of racing action in addition to a Vendor Midway, vehicle displays and fan attractions.

This event is being positioned as an end-of-year motorsport and automotive destination for fans of all backgrounds and interests. The format of the event will provide for a lively, entertaining and fan-friendly atmosphere.

Portions of this Road course will be used
