Looks to be Red carbon weave, his paint also looks like it has speckles in it this year

Yep, you can get carbon weave in a number of colors (Ive seen red, blue, yellow, silver, black, and white). Oh the joy of laying laminated cloth. But I have seen it sprayed with the last coat of a three stage paint job. Tints it.
