I think every event got better and better. Multipple camera angles, info popping up, replays, it was pretty awesome.

The only complaint was sometimes the camera would be neglected at the start of a run or lose focus... im sure thats just gonna happen.

I really enjoyed watching when i could. On the laptop and iphone.

If you were watching on wifi.. it should have been fine.. but on 3g it probably wouldn't work as well.. next year we will have a dedicated mobile feed that will work much better..

On my Mac it was perfect but when I watched on my Jtv iphone app wifi or 3G, it would freeze up constantly.

One thing I would like to see is more graphics displaying the qualifying scores, top 32 match ups and updated brackets.

Perspective from sweden.

The only thing i want for next year is an clock. Becuse ist hard to know which time its starts. To many differnce timezones and you need to calkylate evry time.

so an schedule for evry timezone or use gom global time or somethin.

Thanks

yea maybe like a crawl with the qualifying scores in order as they sit, with the position/name/score.

so you can see on the bottom:

<-----3.Mohan 88.9 4.Millen 88.3 5.Forsberg 88.1 6.Sherman 87.8

For sure Alex.. I think the driftstream hub next year in my perfect world will have driver profiles and a search box to find any and all runs tagged with "Alex Pfeiffer" etc..

I didn't have a chance to catch the irwindale stream since I was at the event. But the sonoma one was pretty awesome.

Small things I would change...

DIGGER CAM!!!!!!!

We need that

Second, maybe slightly more detailed specs about the machines when the drivers are on the line

Weight

Horsepower

Tire make and model

Engine Type

Third, when something big happens (contact, malfunction, crazy run) switch over to radio chatter... but not just the FD radio but the Team's radio. Talk to Belle-1 about that I guess.

Fourth, maybe a hot pit cam? I think you guys have one but you never switch over to it, its good filler on those 15 min breaks between runs

Awesome 2010 season, cant wait til 2011

My only complaint really was loss of audio quite frequently at all the events I watched. I think that's just part of working out the kinks though. Otherwise great job and thanks!

Speaking of driftstream

What ever happened to the updates that were talked about on this thread. The streams seems just about the same from last year. The UAE stream was a real step up, but it hasn't carried over to the regular season.

And the individual runs are splice poorly. When you click Conrads first place qualifying run it starts at the horseshoe. There are many more, how hard is it to divide clips?

The UAE Event was a very special event and we had an incredible amount of resources at our disposal. Our long term goal is for every Driftstream at that level. We will get there.

I would like to add that we did have two go-pro's at Long Beach in very cool POV areas that I thought was pretty cool. This event we had a judges booth cam and instituted having a driver that failed to Qual. to come up and interact (chat) with online fans as well as the fans attending the event live.

So far we have had Chris Forsberg / Vaughn Gittin Jr. / Rhys Millen and Sam Hubinette .. not to shabby..

We tried out a new feature on J.tv that allows us to CUT during a live broadcast so we can archive to youtube quicker.. we learned our lesson as it did not work out well and didn't cut when it said it was going to cut. If you notice Top 32 and Top 16 didn't have that issue. Sorry for the hassle on those qual runs

Can you guys go back and fix it? It's awkward to show people a 20 second clip with two windows open.
