Not a bad article. It attempts to use some acadamia to diferentiate rice from nice. I appreciate the attempt.
For me rice is about lack of execution while trying too hard; Many of the elements used on a riced car could have a place on a tasteful car the problem is lack of cohesiveness or lack of appropriateness.
Like the author said, some things have no place anywhere- chrome wheelcovers and slap-shod bodykits are among those never OK items.
