alfa romeo milano?

hey there, I'd like to learn how to drift and have been doing some research. It appears many people favor the 240sx as a beginner car, but I'd like to know if anyone has any experience with the alfa romeo milano. My dad is good friends with some people who own a dealership that specializes in alfas and I think he'd be able to get me a cheap milano. I've always enjoyed driving alfas Any recommendation / input? or is this just the sort of thing where i should buy i can afford or want and learn on what I have? thanks!
