NEWWB!! (Need opinion on a deal)

Hi guys!!!

So a newb to the drifting scene. Owned a pristine condition '91 240SX before this, but totaled it, afterwards started looking into drifting and was kicking myself because I destroyed a potentially wonderful drift car haha. Now looking to get another 240sx over the summer, and do a SR20DET swap with my buddies as a summer project.

Found a car and engine, but not certain if they are a good deal or not, they seem like it, but like I said I am a noob.

Also while I have the engine out I am thinking I should do some stuff to it, to ensure I'm not kicking myself later when something blows that I should have replaced before I put the engine in. Not really certain where to start though, I have some mechanic knowledge, but just not enough about performance and engine power to know where to begin.

I was thinking about maybe replacing the head gasket, intake and exhaust gaskets, and the clutch.
