im 16 with dreams of opening a shop and drifting. I'm starting to save cash, what are some good choices of cars for me to drift in i only want to spend 6-8k buying the car

I'm planning on doing the EXACT same thing, I started off with a 1992 240sx hatchback with a SR20DET swap... easy, simple, not costly.

An AE86 would be nice and I've spotted some cheap ones in the US, over here they're crazy expensive! I hear BMWs are really expensive there, shame really because barring the rubbish handbrake they're perfect cars for a beginner: powerful enough, nice handling and as reliable as anything.
As said above the SR'd (or RB'd) S13 is a very decent car and if you keep it you can upgrade it until it'd be at home on a D1 circuit. |
