jdm hair?

i have brown hair and was wondering what i would have to do to dye my hair orange like all the jdm guys. is it a two step process, blonde and then some other color, or is it just orange? thank you.

i rofled a little when i saw it, just go to the hair stylist and they'll know what you want. bring a picture if you need.
