Does any know what happened to Drifting Magazine?

the reason I ask is that they were on a roll when they first started making a few issues i have about 4 of their issues but don't know what happened did they discontinue the magazine?

They didn't have the funding to keep it up. It was owned by Import Racer or Import Tuner (one of those) and that got all the budget...so I heard.
