rFactor - Oversteer Drift Mod

Hello everyone,

i'm making this thread to make you know about a drifting mod for the simulation game called rFactor(in order to be able to play it you need to have the game rFactor as it's an "addon"(mod) for it). It is called Oversteer Drift Mod.

This mod proposes you a drifting trip into the world of simulation games with 6 different cars at the moment:
_Nissan 180sx
_Nissan 350Z
_Nissan R34 GTT
_Nissan S15
_Toyota AE86
_Toyota Soarer

4 other cars are on the work:
_Mazda RX7 FC
_Mazda RX7 FD
_Nissan Cefiro
_Nissan S14

For each car you will find various engine stages(up to ~800HP max through mid stages ~500 HP and down to ~300HP for lower stages) and upgrades such as wings and various rims. Every car is skinnable and players can make their own body/windows/FMIC/seat/rollcage skins, and for some cars even the cockpit can be skinned. Also the driver's suit and helmet can be customised. The mod also contains hundreds of skins, including some very famous teams around the world.

rFactor has many tracks available, including some very famous tracks such as Tsukuba, Fuji, Autopolis, Suzuka, Sugo, Long Beach, Road Atlanta, Silverstone, and many more or less famous real tracks, without forgetting the many fantasy tracks available too.

Please keep in mind this mod is made an amateur group(means non professionnal "game developpers"), all are drift fans that were disapointed by the way drifting was represented in the simulation world, and they decided approximately one year ago to start this project, made on their free time and without any profits.
Also what you can see in some videos about the mod might not represent the current work done because some videos are old and because the mod is improving regularly with some updates. The mod is still on development.

We also organise some virtual drifting series on the mod called Oversteer's Online Battle Series(OBS), providing three different series to allow anyone around the world to participate: Premier series(AUS/ASIA), USA/CAN Series (USA/CAN) and European Series (EURO). These three series lead to a World All Star event where the best players fight for the Oversteer's OBS World Champion title. We have had two WAS already with two champs. We're on our way for a third championship.
