where does everyone get the avatars of the little cartoon cars with the flashing lights?

you can make them or look for them at a search engine...go to google.com and type in small car gifs!

when you find the one you want right click and save it and then go to were you can chose a custom avatar on your user control panel and then click browse and find the avatar you saved and then click ok ill let you figure out the rest of it.

i cannot find the browse button on my edit avatar screen (its not there i searched through it constantly for aobut 5mins.)
is this jsut locked for me or something?
i want custom avatar.
i feel lonely.
and sad.
and hated.

I dont understand why you cant find it but Ill help.

Go to User CP then theres a option for edit Avater on your left.
