mazda powered AE86

this is my mazda powered AE, im using the MX6 turbo motor with a B2200 truck tranny. its got 220 WHP and 300 ftlbs of tourque.

how come in some cars, the intercooler isn't stright. (i feel like a noob). But i mean really, if its a custom mount job, shouldn't you be able to mount it level?

i have seen a video of an ae86 with a 20b in it and its going infront of an 86 with a normal engine in it and thier going quite fast already and you just watch the 20b powered one take off its crazzzzzy!

Awesome car. Interesting (and apparently effective) choice of powerplant.

Doubly awesome ebrake setup

Does the truck gearing hurt you at all, or is it not so much a problem?

Cars like this make me want to build an 86.

the photo makes the intercooler look a little crooked. it is actually straight and level.

start to finnish i built this car in 4 months. stripped it down to the frame and reworked every aspect of the car, complete wilwood brake upgrade, coilovers all around with HTS dampers, and also complete body work.
