Teckademics S14.5 Drift Car

Hey guys, this car is from here in MD and was featured on the cover of HCI Magazine recently and was wondering
what everyone thinks. I know JR from Falken has driven the car before. I also met the owner, Dan(also a Team Falken Member)
he drove at Drift Showoff DC along with JR back and forth, apparently it was his first event ever and he didnt do too bad
at all for a newbie. Its supposed to be featured in the next Teckademics DVD as their official drift car for next season.
I personally love the car and the unique color scheme. Hes running a 20g turbo with a full custom manifold, piping,
TEIN suspension, Nismo arms, power brace,
subframe spacers,etc. etc. Pretty Badass car overall. Heres

yeah car used to be all black at drift showoff....i think hes got those chrome wheels now with black spokes....look alot better

Teckademics are such ricers. Nothing but a bunch of snobbish rich whiteboys who pretend know something about cars and racing. No love for them or their videos. Racing in heavy traffic so cliche and immature.

I have to agree with the negative comments about tekademics... I am going to hate to see what they do with drifting. I also have to add that their cammera man at the JGTC live event was a *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* *Censored* (I assume he was theirs, he had a tekademics shirt on). He tried to walk right up to the track in an unprotected area. If I were actually on duty of gaurding the gate I would have knocked his *Censored**Censored**Censored* out and tossed him in the dumpster. There is a reason why there are certain points where people are allowed to film and the rest of the trackside is off limits. Then he tried to argue with the guy when he pulled him off the trackside.

The car is 'ok' nice... typical stupid mod list though. Big turbo, everyday suspension parts, no aftermarket radiator, HKS hyper ground system, and custom painted valve cover. Nice show car I guess.

Ok, ok, some of that was just because of my 'love' for tekademics but the car is generic.

say what you like about teckademics i hate the mischief dvd i baught, i wish there was a fire in my house and only that dvd burned so i could claim insurance and get a dvd worth watching but that is a nice looking car- that said by looks of that dvd i doubt anyone affiliated with theckademicks could drive it let alone drift it , and chrome, chrome , urghhh chrome is *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*, crap, excrement, effluent, dung, faeces...............................

I never said a filter was not a good upgrade just that it was dirty as poo. The batery just looked to me like a normal open cell smaller battery to me. Wasn't totaly sure, but it is always nice to voice disapproval for a company such as tekademics.

i really hate these damn forums..........nothin but hate from people who wish they were half as capable of building a nice car like this.....you all know if Taniguchi or Kazama were driving this car in D1 you would be all over their nuts like flies on sh*t so dont pretend like the car has anything to do with the hatred........its just cause you guys are bitter that a normal average dude can build a car like this and you all are stuck without any drive or creativity to create something as big as this......funny cause everyone talks so much crap about this car but then when they see it in person they are all over Dans nuts.....its pretty hypocritical if you ask me, i dare one of you guys to go up to his face and say the same stuff in person...i doubt youll even have the balls to

If you dont like the car or teckademics why post on here? Why is it that every forum has to turn into a *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* fest? The guy asked what you thought of the car...not teckademics. All everyone ever does is bash other people to make themselves feel better. Kudos, your *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* just grew an inch.
I personally know Dan and the dude puts his blood, sweat, and money into that car. He is new to drifting but he practices his heart out.
The battery is a Braille battery which about the best small battery you can get aside from maybe an oddesy. Wow, the filter got dirty...maybe its because he drives the car???
Listen, you guys need to sit back, relax, and let other people enjoy their cars. Not everyone has a fully sponsored car.
