Hotwheels sent us a present!

So I come into the shop this morning and we get a package about 11am. We didnt know what it was so we cracked it open; and WOW! Hotwheels has designed little S15's! sadly though, it's under the HIN name and they call it "D-Force". although the cars look really good. here's a few shots from my cell phone. These aren't out yet either so we're the first to get em!

I put my business card next to it for scale.

Is that Tanaka or Kumakubo's car? Or does it just look like it?

..just looks like it. Technically it's a O.R.C. car; but it's a bright red color that my cameraphone doesnt convey quite well.

I think I saw one of those D-Force ones at target. I just recently got 2 new model cars, im trying to collect. I got the JGTC Calsonic Skyline and the Hasemi 350z, really good craftsmanship. Good stuff.

Or... targeted. Who's paying the $$$ for these things? They are set out to make money, not be nice to the fan-boys.

Yeah it is pretty cool, but the bad thing is drifting has been getting recognized for a while now, actually it's getting too recognized...
But it is still pretty cool.
Later.

Jada Toys Import Racer also has some nice cars out. They just made a couple of 1/64 S15's. One is a Green GReddy S15 and the other is an Orange/Silver CWest/MotoRex S15. Nice as hell. So finally HotWheels is making drift cars. Awesome. And you guys know whats funny? With all of driftings popularity in Japan, they only have a small amount of diecast drift cars. All made by Hotworks Racing.
