haha Yeah. I remember those 2 cars when they were here for the D1 Ikaten.

I believed they drove for like 3 days to get to Cali. I hope Matt Petty comes back to Cali again.

the white fc was built with dirt or used parts laying around and the black fc had a stock sr in it. both had crazy cages and very good suspenion. complete street drift cars if u will, hopefully chris or tony will come on here and list some things on their cars!!!

you need to have a oil pan made, the stock one kills the steering rack, that was the hardiest part, then u need motor mounts but the shop should be able to do that. send out ur driveshaft. and alot of wiring. its not a easy task but i remeber chris and tony throwing that motor in the fc like it was a puzzle, those kids have some serios talent...

the black FC has:
My FC has a SR20DET, with a t28, Fcon Vpro, Exedy Stage 3 Clutch, Custom Vmount, and radiator setup, Supernow Tie rod ends, custom 10pt Cage, JIC FLT A2's (8k/8k), ATS Deftforce LSD, and a ton of other stuff i can't remember right now, it's still my car, i haven't sold it to anyone, it was chris forsbergs car, chris and I did the SR conversion in a garage in PA two years ago, and i wound up buying it for last year. This coming year, it will be used for DA demos, and videos etc.
thats on the Ask Tony Angelo thread, which is more like a rope now. things were probably different when the pictures were taken, but who cares it's and awsome car.

inregards to the sr20det swap would a greddy oil pan work or does it have to be completly custom?

won't work becuase of the location of the oil pickup....i saw it first hand when my friend swapped the motor for the 2nd owner of the car before tony got it back

Haaaa, thats the topicsII awhile ago workin on the rx7, and thats tony in his white rx7 doin up a wiring harness for his car. tony can wire anything when it comes to cars...SR20det into a rx7, SR20det into the 350, u name it and he can wire it, tony should tell the Signal story about the 350 wire up on here!!!
Its too funny!!

how hard was it putting the FD front bumper on it? did you splice the two wiring harnesses together or was it completly custom?
