LBGP FD demo pix

After a full day of racing, there was barely any rubber down on the course at Long Beach. The Formula D boys took care of that. Props to the Slipstream crew and all the drivers for converting a lot of skeptics into drifting fans. I was with some of the course marshalls during the demo and before it they were pretty skeptical about "this new drifting thing". After Taniguchi and Millen did their first pass at speed, it was all over. Good job guys! Here's some pix...

Those tires they used to line the course still have tread on them! I find that offensive!

Other than that, great pics man.

the G is, i guess, a car for Tarzan. it is platered with Vakamon stickers. It didn't drive at all.

Yes, Ken has custom Zeal suspension. Pretty crazy if you ask me.

I work at autobahn country club (its a race track) and the entire course is lined with barnd new tires (some are potenzas), and when I say lined there are a least 100 on each corner. They were all slashed though... Apparently they are all defected tires (i find that hard to believe, theres thousands of them), but they slashed them all and the race track only had to pay for shipping.

Taniguchis car is pimp.
