Norcal Test Day Event - PICS

Thanks to everyone that came out and helped us with today's test day.

This was definitely not an easy event for Erik and I. Designing the course and dealing with the cones was not easy. We wanted to make sure we have a great event for May 1st. Our idea for this event was just to have an idea how a parking lot event would be. Note that we have been doing track events only at Buttonwillow.

We didn't want to take an easy shortcut and call it a day for May 1st. We want everyone to have a great time especially seat time and this is why we had a test day. I hope everyone will come and support us, we already have 6 events scheduled for Norcal.

Drifting from 9-5 PM. On the 2nd course configuration I was hitting 3rd gear on the straights, then i'd start my drift in 3rd gear and try to rev match to 2nd and continue my drift around the whole turn. It's a lot harder than it seems.

Most tracks your in 2nd gear and then you start your drift and just stay in 2nd which is a lot easier. It was cool to practice high speed drifting.
