Irwindale pics and captions by drift brick.
Most of these pics are from Earlier in the day. My digi started to have issues right around the best 16, so I switched to film... still gotta develop those.
But, heres what I got NOW.  Rhys looked really good all day. Hes practicing here.  Alex P. was also having a good day...  Bubba drift killin some coopers.  Entrance to the infield hairpin. It was set up a lot wider than at D1, and the switchback after it was much longer.  Mr. foust gets serious during qualifying.  Alex was so fast my focus couldnt keep up. :-p  D'oh!   Hubinette showing why he's #2 inpoints.   Mr. wan looking serious at the transition.

Hampton-san made it to best 32 for the first time in the Camaro after only 3 events! Congrats to him.
    Taka goes sticky side up. Broke my heart.    But he kept a good attitude.  found this behind the DA tent.  j/k, it was in the press and VIP booth. everyone was serious in the driver's meeting. Calvin reviews some footage.  Alex talking about the wreck.  then disputing the judge's decision to move the whole order up one instead of giving JR a bye. He won. Alex qualified 6th, btw. even with his wreck.

Tarzan showing how to do an intro.
 Alex P's intro. for a minute I thought they were going to let him drive the carbon S2k in the pic... but unfortunately no.  Best 16 started, and my camera started to have issues, so Ive only go 3 pics so far from it. Conrad vs Rhys. Rhys wins.   Sammy vs. teh goosh!!!  Sammy won. :P More later! Taka upside down
Taka's rear right wheel rode up the wall and flipped the car during qualifying... that sucked. How do i post pics... cause i took some as well?
